      Pros

      They provide a decent wage for a 100% remote position.

      Cons

      No chance of advancement. You are a contractor so your hours are never guaranteed, and you will not be hired in as an employee. It seems to be feast or famine. This position in Guatemala and in Canada are both salaried positions. U.S. contractors are strictly salary with NO benefits at all.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
