      great technology great people to work with cutting edge innovation top notch brand-name striking out into creative new territories (business proces outsourcing, solutions, etc.)

      It is a big company and there is a lot of red-tape. The company needs to return to its roots of focusing on bringing innovative solutions and products to market.
