      Pros

      Nice office space (although cubes designed for one person are not shared by two people); some great fellow employees;

      Cons

      Employees are not valued by management, little investment in improving tools used in everyday job, poor training to new employees, pay inequity has not been rectified in years

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
