      Training is paid, there is ample support provided to help a person succeed.

      Cons

      but also you must remain at training wage for 3 months after it is over, there is no guarantee of becoming full-time.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
