Xerox is a recognizable name in business and has a history of innovation and quality service. Diversity is embraced and leadership appears to value its employees.
Cons
Xerox acquired ACS in 2008 and did not develop or understand how to develop the ITO business. Unfortunately, those who work in ITO were left to deal with no raises over the course of 7 years or room for growth within the organization.
