      People are really great. PTO plan was good.

      Cons

      The company is going in the wrong direction. Customer relationships are being harmed and the new product is not going to succeed. President will not listen to anyone.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
