Pros
Great people with nice culture. Xerox actively promotes diversity and quality. You can get valuable experience in enterprise management. Xerox has a long history of success and innovation. You will be a proud member of a succesful team.
Cons
Wages are average unless you progress fast into a senior level which requires a lot of work and commitment. Personaly I found that we spend too much time in meetings without a particular reason. Very easy pace at times when there is no real work for you.
