      Most of the people you work with day-to-day are high-quality and committed to doing their best. Still some opportunities for product development. Expected growth for services-related work.

      Cons

      Move from "image on paper" products to services is taking over. Future for product development is questionable. Little in terms of growth opportunities over the past several years.
