      I loved my job it was challenging yet at same time you felt you were not only learning machines BUT people and processes as well

      Cons

      the processes change on a daily basis lately every day for last 3 or so years i am in constant fear of my job they grade you on things that NOONE can explain because the reports change and so do the targets

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
