      Good co-workers. People are team players and pitch in when they can. Generally, you can balance personal time with work time

      Cons

      Bureaucratic -too top heavy, does not value engineering & product development anymore Top level executives are way overpaid Moral is on a downward slide

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
