      Pros

      They have very competitive salaries and a vast array of job opportunities to move to within the company once you have put in your time.

      Cons

      It is impossible to work with the union at Xerox. Education is not valued, only Xerox experience. Middle management is powerless with no support from upper management.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
