      Big company, name recognition, good co-workers who are doing their best with ever more limited resources.

      Cons

      Lost its way, trying to find its direction, letting good people go leaving holes in processes. Wages out of whack with the market, makes leaving the company desirable.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
