Pros
Once your work in xerago you can work in any organization, just the fact you get used to pressure,stress and so much of politics. So automatically the next company you move in, you would have seen it all. Almost all the team here has quite a few skilled pupils who are technically sound and can guide fresher's to an successful path. You can have fun in your work place, you can enjoy your music, have your chit chat with your colleagues even in the floor. No dress code, arguably the only pro in xerago without any conditions apply.
Cons
Well how would I start. Work life balance totally sucks here, as an employee you have to totally forget your private life, forget your family everything just for an organization which doesn't even consider you as an human being. Taking about heads there is an head who backs his mates even if they are the one responsible for a problem and on the other hand there is another head who doesn't even back or even consider asking his team mates even if they have done nothing wrong. Pretty strange. There is a particular team which consider themselves responsible for major income and act like they are the ones giving orders to others, they don't even have any idea about the task but they are the ones who end up setting ETA, funny right. Just because of two three senior people the entire team has a bad projection and added to that their head, omg he is so dumb that he things himself as the pillar of the organization. Grow up Mr. Coming to another head, just because you have the right to question you can't take it for granted. Don't just thing about organization try to think about employees. You were an employee who came from the bottom. And more importantly respect them.
