      Pros

      Xenotech is a smaller company so you get to know a lot of people which makes it more fun to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      Because it's a smaller company pay is typically a little lower than bigger companies. Raises don't happen often and can be frustrating.

      Close knit community, great work/life balance, great training for the pharmaceutical field

      Cons

      Lower salaries due to being a smaller company, with employee departures can come additional workload outside of job description

      People are great. However, upper management not super approachable. Benefits and 401K match are pretty good.
