Lack of management or guidance

Great coworkers, flexible hybrid work environment, and depending on your starting position there are opportunities for growth. I stayed because I liked my coworkers and had a chance to learn a lot of different industries.

Some department managers are out of touch and don’t know what they’re doing. Benefits are limited and paid holidays are limited. There’s also no work life balance. The workload is too high to be sustainable and the pay is not competitive.
