      Onboarded during a global pandemic, yet enablement of devices, access and knowledge management was exceptional - IT has been truly outstanding. A culture that inclusively welcomes a diverse, global community of employees. Leadership that provides guidance without quashing an individual's learning.

      Cons

      Being an IT service provider serving Xenith Customers is always the priority. The implications are that driving employee/team performance to higher levels of accountability can suffer.

      Good Management team - Small business and has a family feel vibe. The CEO is good

      Nice office, Nice employees generally

      I was dismissed for mistakes made in probation period and because I didn’t colour code a spreadsheet. I do believe it was that I didn’t fit in the team maybe. Generally these would be excused as it’s minor things in probation period. If you have a permanent role, I wouldn’t leave it for Xenith.
