Company culture has shifted from support to blame - Senior Software Engineer Xendit Employee Review

This company used to be one of the most enjoyable places to work. But somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing the Core Values that once made Xendit special. The culture shifted into blame instead of support. Too many people started prioritizing pleasing those above them rather than doing what’s right. And honestly, that’s only scratching the surface. There are so many things I could say, but if I shared everything, most people probably wouldn’t believe it anyway.
