      Lack of leadership, integrity issues, poor decision making, issues with the product development - stability and delivery to customers, limited benefits packages, internal intrigue that hurt both employees and customers relationships.

      Small Company They SE that trained me was very knowledgeable Gave me freedom to do whatever I want

      The product has so much issues and is not being test thoroughly The competitors have a much more advance technology and strong foothold They painted a very bright future but did not deliver at all
