Behavior of Superiors Behavior was usually stock up and tremendously haughty. The managers would show off with their knowledge, try to stand in the spotlight and had an excessive need for admiration etc. Overview A sense of entitlement and need for excessive admiration A tendency to embarrass people in front of others or create situations to do so on purpose No real management/leadership skills, no management structure in place. No weekly meetings, no real feedback, no appropriate monitoring, no KPIs etc. One feedback meeting every three months that usually contained an analysis of a single situation. About 95% of managers feedback was usually invented, made-up and therefore unjust. Managers refuse to provide sufficient access to applications (asked other team members for help, resulting in an interruption of their and my workflow) Managers hate to admit that they made a mistake, were wrong etc. Blame others etc. Refused to answer questions, hand out information. Their job is to provide the means, so employees can do their jobs, but often the opposite was the case.
