Most of the people at Xeikon are great people excluding the VP and higher level staff. The technology was good but often over engineered to be more complicated than it should be.
Cons
The leadership team in the US is self centered. They under pay for what people are truly worth. They make promises that they have no intent to keep and put poor people into middle management to drive away the good workers. They say they strive for customer excellence but I saw more machines leave customer site rather than installing.
Great experience for new college graduates, breaking into equipment repair and imaging software and application. Pay is competitive, training is excellent and customers are at leading edge of variable data direct mailing.
Cons
There is little customer-vendor interaction after the sale is done. Customers are left to fend for themselves and many lost opportunities for the customer.
