Pros
I don't think there are any 'Pros' whilst working at Xeco, even if there is a hike in salary, you would rarely get your salary in time! I have seen how disrespectful they are towards their old employees, literally blocking and removing them from the Company's official WhatsApp group. Even the ones on notice period are mistreated. Hence you would rarely see any old employee there.
Cons
1. Unprofessional from every nook & corner- you will be unable to understand what's happening! Nobody, trust me NOBODY briefs you regarding the company policies properly, cause the 'Senior Authorities' change them as per their wish and any time of the day! 2. Trust me it's a dead-end job, neither are you given proper confirmation after probation or else they are regular with extending the probation period and then firing you when it comes to giving a hike to their employees. 3. They will literally ' order' you in your second month of probation to come even during your holidays or stay till odd hours to complete work-load caused due to their miscommunication. 4. Also, Management is very disrespectful, they fire people cause, to be honest, they rarely give a proper explanation or reason, just one WhatsApp message and you are out!! 5. And they don't have clients, you'll get to know in your first week... Stay there for a week, you'll get to know everything!!!!
