Good people, good product, mission driven, fast pace

Kinda just the normal startup cons of things changing often, shifting priorities, but overall no serious cons

Flexible schedule. 100% remote. Overall, it is a friendly and supportive culture. Good benefits. The teck stack is updated to recent IT standards.

There were no clear goals and direction that teams were going toward. No job security, since the company depends on finding it is able to rise. Not yet profitable business. Management hierarchy was sometimes chaotic and it was hard to understand who was responsible for what area.
