Pros
The founders of the company not only have a strong understanding of business development, but they also genuinely care about their peers and employees. The company is very accommodating, with great benefits/PTO. It’s been tough to maintain a sense of community since going remote, but it’s there if you engage with people virtually. The Xealth team is amazing and I wish them nothing but the best.
Cons
Xealth is a startup of about 60 people (as of the time I’m writing this review). As such, they are still going through the growing pains of building the processes and structure you might find at a larger company. This may be a pro for some, because there is room to make individual decisions and space to create structure. I’m excited to see this incredible team continue to build and grow.
