Unique internet connectivity to bring broadband access to fiber deficient areas around NYC and Brooklyn. They also have a decent PBX with aggressive pricing
Cons
Horrible culture unless your Orthodox. Customer service is lacking the proper tools to effectively support there customers. You have to chase the company to get reimbursed or get commissions for up to 6 months.
