Flexibility is the ONLY pro here. It is truly an awful place to be.

No potential unless you are orthodox jewish. A few years ago, they took half our PTO time out of our pool, made those days company mandated holidays in which the company 'claims' to close in their handbook. They TRULY close on jewish holidays and give non-jewish employees trouble about working. They remain open on non-jewish 'officially, company closed' holidays and allow the jewish employees to work and earn extra PTO. Pay is stagnant. Growth is negative. They have slowly replaced all management with jewish personnel. They put unqualified people into management positions because they know how to kiss up. And now, their new 2017 medical plans through Insperity do not include a no-deductible, no co-insurance option while management claims they are better...apparently expecting us to 'drink the kool-aid' and believe their nonsense.
