Upper management does not seem to be in touch with those they are managing, and often seem underprepared for their responsibilities and not organized in their vision. There is quite a bit of turnover, and it seems like new hires are not fully/properly trained. With the turnover and expansion of the company, loyalty (those that have stayed with the company through growing pains) should be acknowledged. Management does not communicate transparently how employees can be promoted and advanced themselves at the company. It comes across as the carrot dangling just within reach just to be constantly moved out of reach.
