1. The fact that I dont work there any more - was asked to leave without any notice or severance 2. Salary on time is the only benefit I can think of

1. Its a Lala company, where the management rewards are not merit-based but how you toe the management line 2. Unethical to the core. They hire contractors who are are open to moonlighting but, wont allow own employees to do the same. Hypocrisy! 3. On paper its a 60 days notice but, including myself I know 3 more cases where people were asked to leave the company in a single day notice. Ask for severance they would say resign without severance or get fired/terminated. Find ex-XcelPros both in the US and India and validate these points before you chose to join. 4. Annual hike doesnt exist. If you're dear to the founders, you can get an out of cycle hike, else dont expect anything beyond a dry handshake at the end of the year.
