I have been waiting for a while to write this review as I wanted to experience and understand the strengths and weaknesses of this company. You get involved in a wide variety of projects including new product development almost from day one. There is a big chunk of collateral available to get yourself acquainted to the projects. Self motivated and a diverse team that is enthusiastic and willing to help each other. Their experience in different technologies and multiple industries is phenomenal. They take personal interest to help you build your skills. Since I joined here I have seen a significant shift in my perspective to work. Here is what I learned- understand why you are doing something, who it benefits and how to be more solution oriented. They will always trust you to do your best and expect that you will fulfill your responsibility. The best thing is how much I have learned since I started here. They will help you build your professional brand by involving you in different endeavors. All you need to show is enthusiasm and a great attitude. They give you time to get adjusted to the projects and multiple opportunities to improve your work. Quality of work is the most important aspect and the only way to be successful here is to be engaged.

Extremely fast paced and in some situations expect you to come up with solutions to issues. If you are not solution oriented this place can be quite challenging. Timelines are quite aggressive at times and based on severity, priorities can shift. You need to adjust and help wherever possible.
