Inconsistent pay structure(had to wait 38 days for first paycheck ), no room for advancement, constant complaints from dissatisfied customers due to lack of customer service, high school type environment, one step of separation between owners and sales reps, ,expense reimbursement is a scam (tax deductible only), no cell phone reimbursement as promised, key focus is on profitability rather than customer retention, "training" involves a person who has no Xerox experience, yet administers make-shift tests, questionable ethics and practices.
