      Senior leadership is inaccessible and doesn't work to foster a collaborative environment with lower level professionals.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
