      Pros

      I worked here from 2000-2008 and truly enjoyed the company. The pay was fair, HR Department was involved and I was able to grow as an employee.

      Cons

      The call center environment was hard to deal with. As with most, other employees are seeking to take your shift and therefore manipulate the system.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
