      Enjoyable enough. Good direct manager, cohesive team, fairly interesting work.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. Slows down work processes. Executive leadership is ok, but overall disassociated from employees.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
