      Promotions based purely on seniority and only available when a position has been vacated. Poor resource management and lack of leadership. No work/life balance.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
