Pros

Generous Time Off Hard to get fired or laid off Reasonable salary and benefits Good about life events Decent employee culture Diverse ideas are welcomed (even if not always heard or acted upon)

Cons

Conflicting priorities Limited leadership commitment to strategy 1960's style of management Quick to remove employee benefits like bonuses when leadership messes up and share price is at risk in any way They pandered to remote work and then removed it with extremely limited flexibility - despite productivity gains. Leadership unwilling to change, competes directly with each other, lacks spine to support personnel Eroding trust between workers and leadership with current CEO and C-suite No training or professional development strategy or resources for non-union workers.

Pros

Standard methods, cloud infrastructure, and reliance on in house staff over contractors makes it very easy to implement safe, fast, consistent changes. You will be valued as a human and you will have a voice within this company. You can make a career here. Your coworkers and immediate leadership are all talented and intelligent individuals who actually know how to do the same work you are doing.

Cons

AI rollout and unevenly applied hybrid work made things difficult for employees with disabilities and those that lived far from office who had traditionally worked remote or for tasks that do not lend themselves well to AI overhead
