      Cons

      Hard to make changes as it is for any large company. Also difficult for some people to make decisions to help standardize any processes.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
