Definitely need to be sales driven and enjoy hitting your goals! You will need to have a car so you can drive to your appointments.

The training is lengthy to make sure you have the knowledge of the solar industry. You def learn a lot

Have to role play during training which is awkward and the leads are terrible. Could drive 45 min to a appt set that’s a no show. No benefits you are 1099.
