Pros
If you're into not being accountable for your work this was the place to be. A lot of hustle and bustle and folks trying to look busy while the core group of employees (5 - 10 people in total) rushed around to acquire accounts, close projects, and meet deadlines.
Breakfast usually catered on Wednesday mornings.
Xand was recently acquired, albeit for the second time in just about as many years, so perhaps the new Executive leadership will right the ship.
Cons
The company was understaffed and under-trained when I was an employee. There was a sense of favoritism toward specific employees.
The NOC, mostly due to its direct leadership, was in shambles at the time I left the company and the customer base was "fed up" as one client put it. This often caused a lot of unnecessary messenger assasination.
