Despite the efforts of HR and management, everyone uses you according to their own needs. They don't even pay you the amount they promised. Moreover, they force you to work for more than 9 hours, even on holidays and national holidays. The director is extremely abusive and lacks professionalism. He simply wants to exploit employees under the guise of a bond. Even if you work hard and put in your best effort, he always brings up irrelevant points. He doesn't have much knowledge about data science but still pressures everyone to work on multiple tasks. For instance, if you were hired for data science, they would expect you to work on android, frontend, or any other field, demanding proficiency within just 10 days. If you fail to meet their expectations, he will scold, abuse, or even torture you. I strongly advise against joining this company, for your own sake. It's not a place where you can learn or explore new things; instead, it will only lead to mental and financial stress, leaving no room for a personal life. The director runs the company like a general store, disregarding policies and making changes whenever he pleases. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.
