Small company that appears from the outside as growing

Management does not keep their commitments of positions, raises or commissions. When promised a raise, it never comes and when you ask about it they simply indicate that it is in the works,,,, for months! Sales team has been cheated out of commissions that are truly earned. When asked about this the management will come up with some undocumented reason that it will not be paid. Sherry is a good person, but it seems she is not making the operation decisions. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
