Pros
Great product, great innovation and great people. Not a single person that I've met that I wouldn't work with again elsewhere - but I can't see it coming to that! The teamwork within the organization is above and beyond - and the rewards are there for that effort in many ways.
Cons
Usual growing pains of rapidly expanding force in the software industry - hours can be long, but you want to put them in!
