4yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very excited about Xactly's future and have to credit our global team for all of their efforts.
Diversity is one of our key initiatives now and for the future. Our team is working to find the best talent that is representative of our communities and ensuring that everyone feels a sense of belonging at Xactly. In the last fiscal year we've seen quarterly increases in the percentage of new hires identifying with underrepresented populations.
As we continue to usher in new Xactlians, we are simultaneously exploring strategies that provide more internal resources and opportunities for productive dialogue, so that everyone knows Xactly is a place they can be their most authentic selves.
We are also excited to have welcomed Johann, our new CMO, to Xactly at the end of the summer. He has supercharged his team with a new vision and ideas. We are eager to share the good news stories happening everyday here at Xactly.
