Pros
- I've worked in compensation for several years now, and Xactly is the first place where the company truly understands comp. Happy to have made the move. - There's open communication between between the various departments. I have not had an issue reaching out to groups outside my own when I had questions. My managers have helped me in contacting the right people. - There is definitely a small-business vibe (which have been lost with the other companies). - Work-life balance is encouraged. - XactlyOne has impressed me with its achievements.
Cons
- There are no clear career paths for those who need a lot of guidance, but those with initiative will carve out their own.
