Cons
Management at the executive level is very erratic and often get in their own way, leaving you without a clear direction. Creatively, you can be micro-managed to the most minimal degree often creating more unnecessary work that prevents you from meeting original deadlines (and guess who gets blamed for that).
The newest, most shiny thing will always take precedence over any project you are working on.
