      Pros

      Flexible company with an open management, great team of smart people, good benefits, possibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Not for people who prefer working in a traditional corporation: startup like environment where management structure is quite flat, everyone is accountable for their own work and can have their opinions challenged. I personally consider these Pros, but they're not compatible with everyone's style.

      Pros

      Team is friendly, office is nice, you have the option to either work from office or from home. Open-Source values. They don't track employees.

      Cons

      Smaller company, so salaries are also a bit smaller.
