Flying for Xtra - Captain XTRA Airways Employee Review

XTRA is a great airline in the making. New management, very professional, well maintained aircraft, extremely customer-friendly.

I wish it flew to more cities on a regular basis.

I like that the atmosphere is one that harbors great people and you feel like family. It is a smaller company so you feel like you are working with your life long friends and family.

The hiring process should be a lot more selected. Some individuals need to be screened more throughly before becoming a flight attendant. Not for safety, but for hidden agendas by concealing if they are really "people persons."
