Management is very bad. Favoritism plays a big role in your employment, Crew Sceduling forgets about you any destination you’re at, this company lies like a rug. Upper management only cares about the money in their pocket. Your hourly wage is not enough for your cost of living. They’ll Use you until their needs are fulfilled and then throw you to the side like swamp meat. Credit cards are constantly declining when it comes to flight attendant housing outside their base. Seniority in this company means everything.
