Great pay - Sales Representative XSE Group Employee Review

Small company, so its a great place to start. You will learn and be very hands on with your work. Whether it's IT or Customer Service or sales. Veteran staff all throughout the company. They don't make you feel left out.

Glass Ceiling. Once again not bad but its a small company. Solid place to start but if you get stuck, there isn't much room to move up.

Good line people who really try. The person in charge of HR at the time I was there was for the employee's and was about the only one who knew what was going on - terribly unrecognized by Sr management. She could have run circles around them.

Worked there for a few years. Was told by a Sr person that "we tend to eat our own." Never knew what that meant until I saw some of the managers in action. Blowing up any single reason to fire someone because the manager does not personally care for them. Another Sr person was mad at an employee because they did not recall how to perform a task - when asked about it, the Sr person said "I showed them once, they should just remember." Brilliant. Had to laugh when I started reading references to "C" - they are spot on! She was like a car wreck - you just could not look away. I don't know if it's still in effect or not, but I was there when the owner banned music from the entire facility - way to motivate. They used to run the sales peoples results weekly on TV screens in an attempt to motivate them. The logic was that "no one wants to show up in last place."
