Pros
This is a very flat organization and the "executive" management works side by side with other employees on innovative groundbreaking projects. Employees' opinions are highly-valued and sought after. Perks are great. Management is very kind and loyal. Excellent work-life balance. They have very high standards for work and execution, but they do a great job of separating work and the rest of your life. They will encourage you to take time off, take a break, and rejuvenate yourself.
Cons
Small company so limited resources and often has to shift priorities quickly due to changes in business.
