Pros

- Flexible - Good basic salary - Quite many AL, and you are encouraged to apply AL - Chill and Comfortable working environment

Cons

- Not a professional working environment: Office Management and Employee Work performance is not well controlled and managed - Unfair working environment: Same position but different privileges, it's not equal or similar standards applied for same position. CS department, working hours arrangement is beneficial to some and unfair for others. - Salary increment is minimal - Micro Management: CS Manager managing is emotional oriented and micro, not neither professional or fair - Career development is unsure, and unclear - Tasks are allocated, but some doesn't perform the work but there is no warning reminder or actions - You are threatened to obey, and listen - Office doesn't have rest room or own space to eat

The team values collaboration, and the work-life balance is fantastic. Management is supportive, and career growth feels achievable.

Pros

Extremely grateful to this company for its incredible atmosphere and the people I was blessed with here. From the first day, it was clear that this is not just a work place, but a space, where the value of the skin, where support is not just a word, but a real culture.

Cons

In terms of work/life balance, I wasnt able to achieve one. I was working too much, and sometimes staying even on Saturdays, and sometimes taking work home. IDK if its on me or on my manager, probably both. I think a higher number of work retreats or spending more time together outside of work would be more beneficial also.
