      The work is online and the pay is above the standard

      Cons

      Micro management, poor communication, the company is based in overseas (Israel) so not Australian. They work hard at getting NDIS funding for low quality services.

      I believe this company has a great business model and will be around for a long time, they have definitely cornered the market on Telehealth!

      Flexibility to work from home Great innovative technology Wonderful, caring therapists

      Cons

      Upper management not therapists Not run like a therapy clinic, no clue how to properly hire for caseloads/ too many therapists, not enough clients which led to major lay offs shortly after being hired and trained
